🕷️ JumpieWorld – Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG):

We guarantee that your spider will arrive alive when shipped according to our guidelines.

To qualify for LAG:

  • Someone must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt

  • Temperatures must be within a safe shipping range (we will advise if not)

  • You must contact us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photo/video proof if there is an issue

If DOA (Dead on Arrival) occurs:

  • We offer a replacement (preferred) or store credit

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable

No refunds/replacements will be given if:

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided

  • Package is delayed due to carrier issues beyond our control

  • Package is left outside or not received on first attempt

  • Buyer is unavailable or fails to follow instructions
